Fixed #341. I also registered the package as 'js-beautify'.

Please also update CONTRIBUTING.md with instructions on how to upload and tell us what we need to do get permission for others (such as myself) to publish this package.

There isn't anything to do. Bower doesn't have permissions or user management. It will query the git repository for the latest version.

Which is to say, when we release we'll need to update the bower.json to the new version number, right? 😄 That is the update that needs to be added to the CONTRIBUTING.md.
