Background app refresh, need to unlock the iPhone every 30 min #22

I followed the complete palera1n jailbreak instructions on iPhone 6S running 15.8 using Ubuntu and all went smooth on the 1st try. I was able to get the iMessage code and was able to registers my Android phone number using Beeper Mini, sending and receiving all good with no issues at all.

I connected the 6S to a charger and tucked it in my server cabinet. After around 30 min, I started to get SMS's from iPhone numbers and Beeper Mini unable to send/receive anything. Sometimes it shows only "sent" with no "delivered" sometimes it shows the revolving Beeper circle. When I checked on the iPhone 6S, it was all good, same code still showing in the iMessages window and immediately all pending messages on the Android Beeper Mini successfully delivered!

I notice this behavior repeating every 30 min, I have just to wake up the iPhone to get everything up again. I don't have any battery optimization running, or low battery mode and when I checked on the Background app refresh setting on the iPhone I can see Sileo is included and active. How to fix this?

This is really weird, I'm not certain what could be causing it. The tweak runs inside identityservicesd, which should be a daemon that's not affected by background refresh or any other app-related mechanisms. Even if the device needed to reregister or something like that, identityservicesd should just do that in the background without a need for user interaction. If you could provide some logs from identityservicesd or the tweak (just all system logs, filtered for the expression BPS) at the time that you wake up your phone, that could be useful - it'd let us know why the phone seems to need to be awake to let messages go through.
