In the Beetlex project, there is a code that terminates the service if there are 10 consecutive accept failures. However, in a high-traffic service environment, there are sporadic incidents of 10 consecutive accept failures. This has even occurred during load test debugging. Unless it is absolutely necessary to stop the service after 10 consecutive accept failures, I suggest that the code should be removed or modified to be handled as an option. Please review this matter.
