Briefcase Android Build Fails to install cffi

Describe the bug

I was building my project for android using briefcase and encountered this issue.

I am stll a newbie with python app dev so Any Help Will Be Appreciated

Issue-

I am not sure how to reproduce.

Environment

OS - Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS
Python - 3.10.12
Briefcase - 0.3.17

When packages contain native code, they must be built specifically for the Android platform. There are versions of cffi available for each supported version of Python...but v1.16.0 is only available for Python 3.12. So, you'll either need to change your version of Python or the version of cffi you're trying to install.
