Cohabitation -> statutaryCohabitation

Label-en name is cohabitation but class appears to have a different name in the EA model. Stick to the name used in FedVoc?

The FedVoc description of Cohabitation is "Arrangement whereby two people who are not married live together. Can, just like a marriage, form the basis of a family. Legally registered."

Because of the "Legally registered", I presume we are talking about the same concept. However, in Belgium we also have the concept of "feitelijk samenwonend", which is not legally registered. Therefore I think the terminology "cohabitation" is confusing and "statutoryCohabitation" would be more clear. I'd like to rediscuss this in the FedVoc WG
