We have a shared library for our lab. A few of us downloaded zotero-scholar-citations but decided to remove it once we realized that the 'extra' field appears in some bibliography styles.
However, even though it appears to be removed from both of our Zotero installations, the extra field continues to be populated for new entries to the library. It's my guess that somehow there's some zombie code that didn't get removed and is still running.
How can we figure out which machine is still updating citation counts and once we find it, how can we stop it?! :)
In case it's helpful, both machines are running a version of Debian Linux.
