Performance tweaks of bem make and bem server
Documentation on how to make custom nodes
Simplify .bem/make.js configs development by adding shortcuts for common situations
Support building and running of priv.js by bem server (building of priv.js using bem make is already supported)
Add bem make -m distclean command to clean all the files
