MissingKeyError when not logged in

When I am logged in in my wordpress (as adming, or whatever other user) I get the map properly displayed. However, visitors to the site get the "Oops" message.

In the console I get a:

Google Maps API error: MissingKeyMapError https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#missing-key-map-error

Nonetheless, I can see in my WP Geo settings panel that the API Key is indeed there...
