Hey Recliq, thanks for your contribution idea! Just to make sure I have it correctly, this is basically redoing DualQuant to use the interface from ScaleDuet for free scale quantization (rather than selecting an existing scale), right? I do really like this idea, however I am running out of space and it's pretty close to existing functionality. If I find a way to get some space back (I'm pretty sure there's a lot of opportunity in the code base for it) I will definitely pull this in. Alternative if I ever made a "build your own" type site which can compile a custom set of applets on the fly, this will be included there as well! Thanks again! |

Hi there,
just found your fork after being away from modular and O_C for a while and really like it.
I have been using the Logarhythm Branch for a while before and I kinda remixed two existing applications into a new one after seeing a feature request for it on modwiggler... DualScale.
The way this works is that you can set two different scales on the display like in the ScaleDuet app, but what it does is it quantized the input from CV1 and CV2 regarding to the set scales 1/2. It does this either continuously by default or clocked/gated if you supply a clock/gate to Trigger1/2 inputs.
If you think this might be worth adding to your branch you can find the commit here:

Best regards and keep up the nice work,
recliq
