Hi,

Is there any cchance you could expand on the readme a little so that it's clearer for less knowledgable HASS/Appdaemon users? I added the app config bit but not sure what else I need to do, and what to expect when this is set up properly. Does it expose and entity in HASS?

I could use some more info too. Where do I put the configuration at? If I add it to configuration.yaml, it complains about not finding the healthcheck integration. Installed via HACS.
