Installation Openllm

[HR-04]

I got this error while downloading.

1. Created Venv via conda
2. if I use " pip install openllm" the error in image arises.

I'm using torch 2.3 is it not compatible. Also tried without using venv .

Error : OSError: [WinError 126] The specified module could not be found. Error loading "C:\Users\ADMIN\AppData\Local\Temp\pip-build-env-hnmki26u\overlay\Lib\site-packages\torch\lib\shm.dll" or one of its dependencies.
