bulk mode translation on tr8n_server

As per the tr8n wiki, we can do the bulk mode translation on the tr8n_server. But i can't find any documentation/help for this? Please Assit me on this.

You can go to the Translation Tools from the language selector or just by visiting the url: /tr8n/phrases - and translate things from there.

If you want to do this the old school way (which i don't recommend), you could go to the admin tool, export all your phrases into a CSV file, send it to your translators and then import the translations back. But i would rather have your translators translate your site using the inline mode.
