This script downloads the NYTimes daily crossword and prints it out to the default linux lpr printer.
You need to have a valid NYTimes Crossword subscription for this to work.
You can call the script with the following arguments:
./print_nytime_crossword.sh <nyt username> <nyt password> <number of copies to print>
