Stop Rebuilding Swiper Widget when state change

I want to load the list when the swiper index changes. But the problem is when I swipe the card, the whole tree is rebuilding every time [every time it rebuilds index changes to default(0)]. I want to stop building the swiper widget whenever I change the index and only refresh the list.
