区块链浏览器的通道列表应该展示{network.metadata.name}_{channnel.spec.id}
策略管理的策略列表中，展示的应用通道，应该用 {channel.spec.id}
策略管理中的新增背书策略的通道列表中，应该用 channel.spec.id
部署合约时的部署通道列表应该用 channel.spec.id
通道加入节点的弹窗部分，需要展示 channel.spec.id

NOTE: 整体来说，网络管理内的通道相关的展示信息用 channel.spec.id。但实际操作时，后端需要用channel.metadata.name
