Notes sur les éléments manquants dans les applicabilities dont le Shom aurait besoin :

absence d'une VHF sur le navire
notion de jauge (ex : Le Havre -> "Les navires de jauge brute ≥ 1 600")
provenance / destination (destination on peut utiliser le destination de pilot boarding place)
utilisant un remorqueur ?
ne disposant pas d’un radar adapté à la navigation en rivière
