In XSD and in UML/PDF, contactDetails has a language field which include only one language code (for example: "eng" for english or "fra" for french).

What is this language field supposed to describe:

  • Is it the language you're supposed to use to communicate with the OrganisationContactArea? Is it the language the ContactDetails are gonna be written in?
  • Assuming it's the communication language, why only one language? Many countries use several languages on top of English.
