A PilotService has a unique noticeTime attribute.

How to model the distinction between the estimated time of arrival (ETA) and the estimated time of departure (ETD) in the pilotage district of ​​a harbour, in the NoticeTime object?
For example, for the SHOM, very often, the pilot service needs to be notified 2 hours prior to the arrival but only 30 minutes prior to the departure.
