Adaptation for Tensorflow 2.x

Hello betterze,

Congratulations for your work, the results are very impressive and open the door to so many image editing applications. I was wondering whether you are planning to adapt your code for Tensorflow 2.x as Tensorflow 1 is now outdated and your code is therefore difficult to be executed.
