Suggestion: dorothy-new command

This requires improvements to the input tooling.

The original plan was to use openai to prefill answers to the prompts and perhaps even wrap the results together, however openai have falsely deactivated my account so if we do use ai it will need to be a local generator trained on dorothy specifically, or some remote ai that is actually open.
