I have to appreciate that we keep using AP and ADR incorrectly and/or interchangeably, a couple of examples:
This lack of shared terminology is causing friction in communication and it shows that we don't have a general, shared agreement over the two concepts.
I attempted to capture the distinction here, but, given the fact that this situation keeps repeating, I think it's worth to consider applying the Occam's razor and evaluate if it's viable to aggregate back the two concepts to reduce friction and improve the clarity of the message.
