     i. verifies new MKV passes mediaconch policy
     ii. If yes, deletes source MKV file and updates log with success
         If no, deletes duplicate MKV file and updates log with mediaconch failure
   If not identical:
     i. Duplicate is deleted from new QNAP08 path and log is updated with framemd5 mismatch data
     ii. Source file moved to 'problem' subfolder for human intervention
