Plugin does not create correct HelloWorld application

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create an android project
2. create a package
3. create an Activity

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The HelloWorld activity class that extends the Android Activity class with 
default implementation 
of the onCreate method

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
8.1, OS Mac 10.5.6, Android SDK 1.5_r1
