Buttons don't appear in NVDA elements list until they receive focus

Describe the bug
When first opening the modal, the previous, next and close buttons don't appear in NVDA elements' list until they receive focus.

Are you able to reproduce the bug in the demo site
Yes

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the lightbox with a keyboard
2. Open NVDA elements and you won't see/hear the buttons
3. Close NVDA elements, tab to the next arrow, hit return, open NVDA elements and you'll see/hear the buttons in the lists

Expected behavior
Buttons should appear in elements by default

Desktop:

• Tested on MacOS Chrome, Firefox and Safari
• Tested on Windows Edge, Chrome and Firefox
