Themes/Starter Sites (Seedlings)

Implement some way to add a pre-packaged site with the installer. Seed zip? Some way to export your current site into a package. Similar to the package maker but it just grabs everything in /site/ as well as all the existing templates/modules/etc.

Not a theme functionality -- no switching between themes, just a way to install a pre-packaged setup which could include a nice design with lots of built in functionality. Basically replacement example sites that could be much more full featured.
