I have installed a bigtreetech skr mini e3 v3 into my CR10S5 with tft35 e3 v3.0.1 touch screen display. I have a cr touch installed and I payed a guy on fiverr to build marlin firmware for the board and printer I have the firmware and I believe it flashed properly because the printer turns on and detects the printer and the cr touch turns on and deploys the probe when I turn the printer on. When I try to home is does the X axis and Y axis fine but wont work on the z axis where the crtouch is. I get a error message and the printer tells me to run m999 command to restart.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Hit the Home button
  2. Printer goes to Y and X Axis Fine
  3. Printer head goes to center of the board and errors out

Expected behavior
Printer goes to home and goes through all the axis then probes the bed to find it and all is good

Actual behavior
Printer moxes to x axis first hits end stop then the bed moves and it hits the end stop there printer head and bed move to center so the head is above the bed in the center then the probe deploys a couple times errors out saying "error's with bl touch use m999 command to restart" and that is all it does.

Additional Information

  • I cant post the firmware file in here because it wont let me. like I stated before I payed someone to build the firmware for me so I didn't build it myself. if that's the problem then let me know. i will provide more info if it is needed
