Known unsolvable issues

The following issues are known, but do not have any direct possible solutions

• downloading fasta reference files with ensembl_vep will ignore proxy settings (this seems to be an issues of ensembl_vep)
• Container rules (specifically running GenCall) may not work if the host linux user or group id is very high (>65534).
  Possible work-around: installing apptainer-suid (not tested)
• Running the workflow in WSL can freeze the machine or produce OOM kills. This seems to be caused by snakemake jobs using more memory than WSL can (safely?) provide, which is generelly not an issue outside of WSL.
  Workaround: Running the workflow while limiting available memory for snakemake (i.e. with stemcnv-check run -- --resources mem_mb=xxxx )
