Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In varfish-org/varfish-db-downloader#85, we introduce a new integrated gene-wise integrated annotation with condition data from OMIM, Orphanet, and PanelApp.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add code for

  • deserializing the data from JSONL
  • serializing the data to protobuf
  • serving the data via the server
