Need to provide prebuilt seqrepo data for autoacmg

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
For the deployment of auto-acmg, we need to have the GRCh37 and GRCh38 data for MaxEntScan. Building this is currently done manual and documented in the REEV ops docs.

Provide prebuilt data, e.g., through varfish-db-downloader.
