Sample look-up on AR Create should list only list the Client's own Samples, not all

I think this was broken in the old form too. Too rushed to find the issue, and all of a sudden Copy/Pasta of images on the clipboard does not seem to work in Chromium anymore... could not paste screenshots

Steps to reproduce

Create a batch for client Klaymore and then ARs inside the batch. On the AR create form, click the Sample field to create a secondary AR on a previously submitted Sample

Current behavior

The look-up lists all Samples in the system, it should be limited to Klaymore's only. The first on the list, AP-0001, is a Happy Hills sample

Expected behavior

The look-up should list Klaymore's Samples only
