Caltrain gray route color is confusing

I made a route that used a local caltrain, and the caltrain part of the route was gray, like how caltrain uses, but it became confusing that it was selected since unselected routes were also gray

This is indeed confusing:

But the gray does match the coloring Caltrain use on their timetable:

If we override the gray, do we want to also override the peach (and if/when the Baby Bullet returns, red)? Something to think about.
