b站网页端投稿页面，可以选择将稿件加入某个合集，并且勾选【此稿件不生成更新推送】的选项框，勾选后稿件过审时不会生成一条新的动态。非常需要这个功能，希望能增加该选项，谢谢！！！

希望这个加入合集的功能也能在命令行客户端实现
