新版的biliup-rs可以用txa，但是app上至少是没有txa选项，文档上也没有说
海外投稿时其他线路和txa差距实在太大（除了偶尔腾讯云抽风全球绕路时）可高达15+倍的差距
作为参考biliup-rs即使txa发生绕路一般也是保底5MB的上传速度，正常能跑到60M接近speedtest实测上传，但是app在我的环境下无论如何都无法突破4M
