Is the system support build formula based on kpi min and max values?

The current maximum and minimum values are fixed on settings of KPI.

In fact, for the first time, I heard that someone had such a need.
I feel very special and can tell me what situation is need use formula change KPI's min/max value?

In bambooBSC formula cannot change the min/max value, but bambooBSC expression and expression-Job maybe can do it, need try write the expression to change the value.

Maybe need many day, when i has free time, But it cannot be guaranteed.
