Remove lines that check for isProVersion

There are a number of checks in the plugin which check for isProVersion()... essentially meaning that only certain versions of Geneious will work with all biocode LIMS features. There was some historical reason for these restrictions, but they are no longer relevant or necessary. Remove the isProVersion checks from the plugin code..
