Add Google Analytics

The idea is to give an idea of data usage to partners..
The analytics would need to report on data downloaded per source.
Look into parsing requests by source. Great if we can get numbers of results
returned as well... This may not be possible with analytics but would be
easily possible by injecting a data collector in the ppo-data-server download proxy service.
