@johnchase suggested changing the misplaced column error messages from:

Misplaced column; must be the last column

to:

Misplaced column; "Description" must be the last column

This same change should happen for other columns with specific placement, e.g., LinkerPrimerSequence, BarcodeSequence, etc.
