Issue with "names.txt missing! at plasmidseeker.pl line 264."

Hello, I am using the "plasmidseeker_db_w20_Nov-2021.tar.gz" database but still receiving the issue of
"Plasmid names file /home/mustafa/plasmidseeker_db_w20_Nov-2021//names.txt missing! at plasmidseeker.pl line 264."

This is the exact code that i used -
"perl plasmidseeker.pl -d /home/mustafa/plasmidseeker_db_w20_Nov-2021/ -i R1.fastq -b refseq.fasta -o PlasmidSeeker"

I'm still new to these so i'm not sure if i made any mistakes. Thanks in Advance!
