Hazardous or Poisonous Substance (T131) is mapped to biolink:SmallMolecule, but this leads to odd mappings, such as toxic waste (UMLS:C0871534) and toxic industrial waste (UMLS:C0682893) being categorized as small molecules (see TranslatorSRI/Babel#239).

What working group (or team) did this request originate from?
