involves updating the smartapi yaml for pfocr + adding up-to-date x-bte annotation.

May involve deleting and registering pfocr again into the registry?

Done, with BioThings PFOCR registered again and ingested by BTE.

Ongoing issue to fix edge-attributes from PFOCR

But I think the main part of this issue is done
