Community-Use License Agreement

This Community-Use License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between BioTuring, a software company ("Licensor") and the individual or entity accessing and using the software ("Licensee").

1. Grant of License for Non-Commercial Use

Licensor hereby grants Licensee a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute the software (the "Software") for non-commercial purposes only.

2. Commercial Use and Licensing

For any commercial use of the Software, Licensee is required to contact BioTuring to obtain a separate, commercial license. Commercial use includes, but is not limited to, distribution of the Software as part of a product or service for which a fee is charged.

3. Distribution Requirements

Licensee may distribute the Software for non-commercial purposes only. If Licensee wishes to distribute the Software for commercial purposes, they must obtain a commercial license from BioTuring.

4. Ownership and Modifications

BioTuring retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software. Any modifications made to the Software shall be governed by the terms of this Agreement.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall BioTuring be liable for any damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software, whether in an action of contract, negligence, or other tort.


By using, modifying, or distributing the Software for non-commercial purposes, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

For commercial use, Licensee must contact BioTuring to obtain a commercial license.
