transactions.csv contains incorrect Maker and tx fee

Description

transactions.csv shows an incorrect value under "Amount in BTC" for "Maker and tx fee" transactions. I verified by opening the transaction ID in a block explorer (e.g. mempool.space). When I go to the same trade in tradeHistory.csv and check under "Transaction Fee", the correct network fee is shown.

Version

1.9.18, but has been like this for as long as I have been using the CSV files (at least since 2023/2024).

Steps to reproduce

1. go to Funds > Transactions > Export to CSV
2. check the "Amount in BTC" for any "Maker and tx fee" and compare to the fee shown using mempool.space
3. go to Portfolio > History > Export to CSV
4. check the "Transaction Fee" for the same Trade ID. It shows the value shown on mempool.space, not the one shown in transactions.csv.

Expected behaviour

The values should be the same in both CSVs, unless I misunderstand something, which is of course possible.

Actual behaviour

The values differ.

Tested on Windows and Linux across many Bisq versions.
