BSQ rate for Cycle 34 is 1.23 USD per BSQ

The recommended rate to be used for compensation requests on cycle 34 is 1.23 USD/BSQ.

@pazza83 alerted me that the spread for BSQ trading was high and trying to use a higher outlier threshold at Settings. I have used 20% instead of 5%, the results are significantly different (1.23 vs 1.18). The reasons to chose the former are that it seems to reflect better the current market and that lately, in case of doubt I tend to chose the option with less costs for the DAO.
Comment here if you disagree with the 1.23 rate as soon as possible.

With how long of a distance from cycle deadline is BSQ rate computed?
I currently see 1.12USD and in general last cycle has seen quite a depreciation of BSQ compared to previous, to have just a delta of a couple of cents; just fuel for discussion.

The rate is calculated as soon as the cycle starts, using the 30 day average.
