The proposal to analyze blockchain data of Bisq trades to report on failed trades, arbitration instances and long-term locked funds - has now been actioned by @jmacxx by the use of a script which was really helpful and resulted in a better understanding of the number of abandoned trades.

I'm sorry if announcing the deadline too late made this not getting submitted on time.
Remind that when resubmitting for next cycle, you'll need to use the new BSQ rates that will be announced at the beginning of cycle 41.
