The recommended rate to be used for compensation requests on cycle 24 is 2.4 USD/BSQ.

90 Day USD/BSQ: 2.443

Rate for last cycle: #805

30D volume weighted average has been used, as in proposal #313. No previous proposal has been made to decide this rate, and 5% oulier removal has been used.
