The API total_ops can be inconsistent, specially if API node is the same as an ES node started with https://github.com/bitshares/bitshares-core/pull/1458 bitshares/bitshares-core#1458

This can maybe deserves an issue in the core plugin but by now the explorer can count the operations from the ES and dont relay on API.
