The App version you are using is outdated #17
Comments
I have created a release android build and installed on an android device. Bug reproduces on simulator and device too. |
@zaporozhetsAnton thank you for reporting the issue. Unfortunately, I could not reproduce that. |
@NazarYablonskiy System: |
Thank you @zaporozhetsAnton, I've just tried to run the identification on simulators(android API 28, 29 and R), all good so far, could not reproduce. |
@zaporozhetsAnton Try reaching out authors of the native android lib, most likely they are able to help you. |
@NazarYablonskiy I went throw all steps that I wrote above on another computer, and the result was the same. Error: "The App version you are using is outdated. Please update the app before trying again." |
@zaporozhetsAnton I wish I could help you, but I don't have access to the source code of the IDNow SDK for Android nor can reproduce the issue. PRs are always welcome :) |
Ok, thank you @NazarYablonskiy. I created an issue in the repo of native de.idnow.android. Maybe the authors of SDK will help. |
@NazarYablonskiy I also tried using the demo app for iOS device, but it doesn't work. I'm getting the same message. |
When I try to run the demo on android simulator I get this error:
"The App version you are using is outdated. Please update the app before trying again."
