ld: building for 'iOS-simulator', but linking in object file (/ios/Pods/IDnowSDK/libidnow-sdk-universal.a[x86_64][285](bands.o)) built for 'iOS'
clang: error: linker command failed with exit code 1 (use -v to see invocation)

After updating to the new XCode version I wasn't able to run my app because IDNow is failing.
