about-to-expire tokens don't trigger a warning/pulumi action failure

getToken from get-pulumi-secret should throw an error when a token is expiring in less than 10 days. Today, I tried to test this behaviour by setting the expiration date of the getbranches token (getbranches-token-expires-at) to 2024-01-15. There is no error and github actions are succeeding.
