dhpA not FTS

dhpA does not have fts during the fts part of the download service.
I cannot figure out why. The bookid is in the list. but it is not doing fts.

update.. can find.. but it is in the distance.. search needs fixing

many people are confused with search.. It does not work totally the way we need it to. (I think current situation)
exact only does one word
distance does more than one word and partial
partial does partial of one word

I think that if we
have
check boxes for distance exact partial and take multiple or single words automatically, it will be more intuitive..

works with distance.. need to figure out why not other for single words.
